Straight out of Sundance comes Canadian director Bruce McDonald's (Pontypool) return to both the horror genre and Vanguard programme. After being told by her doctor that she is four weeks pregnant, teenager Dora (Chloe Rose) is visited by a group of children in strange costumes on Halloween. After a frightening encounter with her visitors, Dora finds her mysterious pregnancy progressing at an extremely accelerated rate and the costumed children are waiting for the unborn child.
